With almost 25 million views in just 7 days, Volkswagen’s Super Bowl commercial, “The Force” is proving to be the most appropriate name ever chosen for a video, and adds a whole new term for “going viral,” as in “that video has THE FORCE!”
Now we have more of “The Force” to view with a video of the making of the commercial and bloopers and deleted scenes for everyone’s viewing pleasure.

The commercial features a tiny Darth Vader who uses the Force all day, and when he discovers the all-new 2012 Passat in the driveway is the moment to remember. It leverages humor and the treasured Star Wars™ score in the creation of an emotional commercial that has gone super-viral with over 6 million views in two days.

Here’s the latest video offering from the extremely talented and popular improvisation group ImprovEverywhere, that all Star Wars fans should recognize right away, only this time it takes place in the subway of New York City. For their latest mission, they staged a reenactment of the first Princess Leia / Darth Vader scene from Star Wars on a New York City subway car.
This is one of over 100 different missions Improv Everywhere has executed since 2001 in New York City. Others include the Frozen Grand Central, the Food Court Musical, and the famous No Pants Subway Ride, to name a few.
